Beyond Meats, a food production facility, located in Malvern Pennsylvania called Durable Surfaces to play a key part in their renovation process.

Their floors existing coating system which is designed with pitch in order to capture drain water, now was obsolete once everything in the facility was shifted and moved.

They brought our team in to re pitch the floor in multiple phases to the new drain locations and provide a new high build epoxy coating system to seal it off.

The High build system Durable provided was a urethane cement to protect against thermal shock as the food production rooms will periodically be cleaned with hot water and urethane cement is designed to maintain its integrity under extreme temperature changes.
