21 Locks Brewery, located in Morrisville PA, was in the process of renovating an older building when they called Durable Surfaces to be a part of the “move in ready” process.

Our team remediated a pre-existing floor, polished it, and sealed it with a silicone ceramic sealer to protect against normal restaurant wear and tear in the dining area.

We installed a coating to their kitchen and brew house, using a high build urethane cement system to protect the floor against heavy machinery and heavy traffic.

Durable also pitched the floor and installed new trench drains for their washdown process of their brew equipment so that water will flow directly to these locations.
