MRP Industrial, the owner of this warehouse, had a tenant moving into this space and they had specific needs that needed to be met before they could do so. The general contractor called Durable Surfaces to be a part of this tenant fit out.

Our team was asked to install a large battery charging station with parking stalls.

The coating we installed, per clients’ request, was a chemical resistant Novalac epoxy system. This is the perfect choice to protect against battery acid leaking from forklifts and other equipment, ensuring that it won’t eat away at the concrete and damage it, keeping production rates on track.
