Chris Wright


Christopher J. Wright is an owner and CEO of Durable Surfaces, LLC, in Malvern, PA, who works with building owners and managers, real estate developers, general contractors, and design/build companies to solve their concrete repair and restoration needs. Since its inception in 2000, Chris has built Durable Surfaces into a concrete industry leader in both the Philadelphia region and the nation, providing services such as repair, maintenance, concrete coating and more.

Chris has worked with many of the nation’s leading companies, including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, and Costco, to provide concrete repair and restoration solutions engineered to their specific requirements. Critical to all commerce and industry in the commercial and building trades is a strong foundation, a slab you can count on. Chris is passionate about applying the best available technology and materials, and using the best-trained craftsmen to give his customers a certifiable clean, smooth, and improved concrete floor that helps to maximize their operational efficiency. His approach to the current e-commerce business focus highlights specific requirements for smooth transition and support for automated forklifts and robotic applications. Chris studied Business Administration and Marketing at Penn State University. He has worked tirelessly to develop a comprehensive mastery of all phases of the concrete repair and restoration business, which he applies in both consultation and problem-solving for his business clients, as well as in break-out sessions and more formal talks at national trade shows and conferences. Chris currently holds memberships in concrete and building trade organizations such as ACI, ICRI, ASCC, and BOMA.

Derek Cressman


Derek has been involved in the construction of large commercial and industrial construction for his entire career. Throughout his career in Construction Management he was involved in the design, planning, and execution of well over 50 million square feet of industrial warehousing, manufacturing, and processing facilities. Derek joined Durable Surfaces in 2017 after recognizing that there was a large industry blooming in the region associated with the maintenance and repair of the products that he had built for many years.

Joining Durable Surfaces was the natural evolution in a career serving the large industrial warehouse market and industrial market in the Northeast. He now helps Durable Surfaces provide concrete coating, maintenance, and other repair services across the Philadelphia area.

Marc Williams

Vice President of Operations

Marc Williams is the Vice President of Operations at Durable Surfaces, LLC. Marc has the responsibility of ensuring our field service teams are prepared to execute each job professionally, safely, and effectively. After graduating from the Master’s Program at University of Denver, Marc developed and refined his operational skill sets working as the Chief Operating Officer of a New York based company. He understands the importance of building the infrastructure and culture of a business.

He focuses on maintaining and fostering relationships by delivering what is promised and expected by our clients. His commitment to do the right thing supports the central pillar of our belief in business integrity. Marc has been at the heart of the rapid growth and development of the Durable Surfaces brand and team over the last 6 years.

Jeff Desso

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jeff Desso is the Director of Sales and Marketing. Jeff graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in International Business and Marketing and a minor in Business Logistics. He has more than fifteen years’ experience as a project management professional managing design build industrial construction projects, service groups, and the delivery of consumer products. Jeff was deeply involved in the integration of (2) $2 billion divisions into 1 frozen food division within Nestle USA. He also has experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.

Jeff’s responsibilities are to develop and implement strategic business plans for the Durable Surfaces portfolio of category service offerings including maintenance, concrete coating, and other repair services across the Philadelphia area. Formulate and implement major goals and initiatives by Durable Surfaces, based on resources and assessment of the internal and external environments in which Durable Surfaces competes. Jeff is a certified Change Management Professional and Project Management Professional.

Greg Yohn

Business Unit Lead

Greg Yohn is the Business Unit Lead for the Harrisburg Area. Over the past 20 years, he has gained a wealth of experience through providing customer support and training in the mechanical design and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he has lead teams in the creation of unique technical elements and special effects for live theatrical productions. Now at Durable Surfaces, Greg is passionate about partnering with clients to develop solutions that help them better serve their employees and customers.

David Eberhart

Business Unit Lead

Dave Eberhart is the Business Unit Lead for the New Jersey area. Dave joined the team starting in 2013 working in the field as a Craftsman and then later as a Foreman for over four years. Working as a Business Unit Lead and Project Manager, Dave is responsible for coordinating between our customers and field staff to ensure each project is executed efficiently and meets if not exceeds the customers’ expectations. Outside of his role, Dave serves as a member of the Outside Sales Team to estimate projects and bring in new clients.

Mike Schwager

Sr. Estimator / Project Manager

Mike Schwager is a Project Manager at Durable Surfaces, LLC. Mike graduated with a A.A.S. in Business Management and joined the Durable Surfaces team in 2012. Mike has worked in the field as a craftsman and foreman for three years prior to moving to his current role in project management. In addition to his project management responsibilities, Mike reviews and estimates bid sets from general contractors and assists the outside sales team in the review of drawings and project assistance.

Jerry Winters

Project Manager / Outside Sales

Jerry Winters is a Project Manager/Outside Sales at Durable Surfaces, LLC. His professional experience consists of 30 years in the Retail Industry. During that time Jerry worked his way up to the position of Store Leader in 2000. He ran and operated stores for several big box retailers which includes A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michael’s Arts & Crafts and finally Plow & Hearth, LLC. After 30 years in retail Jerry decided it was time for a career change and joined Durable Surfaces, LLC as a Project Manager/Outside Sales.

Isaac Green

Training/Quality Control Manager

Isaac Green is the Training/Quality Control Manager at Durable Surfaces. He holds 6 years of knowledge and experience in the world of concrete repair. Isaac has spent time in the field as a Laborer, Crew Leader, and Forman having tons of hands on experience in what we do and how we do it. Isaac has received extensive training and educations from industry juggernauts such as Metzger McGuire, Husqvarna, Prosoco, Ashford, and loves to share it with his team members.

Hector Velasco

Superintendent - Malvern

Hector Velasco is the Superintendent for the Malvern Territory at Durable Surfaces, LLC, whose broad-range experience in the field as a job foreman has thoroughly equipped him to oversee any project, whether large or small. Hector is committed to ensuring that projects are completed on time, using the most effective equipment, best quality materials, and correct and safe procedures, in order to exceed our customers’ expectations for excellence. The teamwork Hector has built with the craftsmen through the years on job sites leads to high levels of performance and outstanding service to our customers.

Jeremiah Dyer

Superintendent - Harrisburg

Jeremiah Dyer is the Superintendent for the Harrisburg Territory at Durable Surfaces, LLC. Before his position now, he taught mathematics at the middle and high school levels for 10 years while being heavily involved in coaching and extra-curricular activities with his students. On his summers off as a teacher, he worked in construction and loved it, so he decided to go back to Pennsylvania College of Technology to get a degree in Building and Construction. There, he learned of a new concrete program and for the first time in his life, he felt like he was doing exactly what he was meant to do. He had a high interest in decorative concrete, epoxy coating systems, and floor polishing, which is what drew him to Durable Surfaces. He completed an internship with us in the summer of 2019 which has now grown into a career. Jeremiah’s main goal is to become the best leader he can be as Superintendent and help Durable Surfaces grow as a company.

Brittney Chiccarine

Corporate Office Manager

Brittney Chiccarine joined the Durable Surfaces team in February 2020 as their Corporate Office Manager. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2019 with a B.A. in Corporate Communications. During her time in College, she took Business Management and Marketing classes, which has led her to her current position of assisting in the back end of the company. Her professional experience consists of 6 years in the Retail Industry as Store Manager and Social Media Coordinator, where she grew a passion for managing her fellow peers as well as creating external marketing content. Now at Durable Surfaces, aside from daily office duties, Brittney’s role has taken on the task of assisting the Marketing Department, where she will continue to collaborate with her team in hopes of growing the company to the best of its ability.
